Our friend Mark S., of Davis California, has come through again. His photography and remarkable powers of observation deserve many praises. Mark will now tell us about the pictures to come, in his own words. "These
pictures were taken by Mark Smith from Davis, California on (Sunday) Pic
Time TOTAL Time 24 minutes 32 seconds The
squence starts out in pictures A,B and C with one 'trail' that is (Davis
is situated about 20 miles (33km) to the
west of Sacramento. It is home to one of the more prestigous campuses
of the University of California, famous for it's medical school, and advanced
research in the agricultural sciences.) The photos Mark shared with us were resized, zoomed, and/or cropped by Jeff Challender as appropriate for the web. Several were combined as animated GIFs, in an effort to better demonstrate his point. The pictures were not otherwise altered. Let's
take a look at Mark's skillful photography, shall we?

THE EVENT |

A. This is the photograph Mark shot at 7:43:06 AM, 13 November 2005. We see what looks like an ordinary jet plane approaching Mark's position. Note that its contrail is dissipating normally at this point. The frames to come, like this one, have been zoomed or cropped to show the airplane to better advantage. |

B. 7:43:28 - The photo at left shows us the same plane still coming toward us. The blue box outlines the zoomed area in the next image. The yellow arrow indicates another persistent and slowly spreading chemtrail on the left side. This is the "full view". It has been reduced from the original 1280x960 pixels to 360x270 to reduce bandwidth and loading time. |

B. This frame cropped from the original for a better look. |

C. 7:44:06 - The plane is passing a cloud, and its contrail continues to behave normally. This frame is also cropped from the original. |
![]() |
D. 7:44:28 - The jet has now passed by the cloud. The character of its contrail seems to be changing. This frame is a cropped version of the original. |

E. 7:45:04 AM - This is the key frame in the whole sequence. It has been rotated per Marks' instructions. This is a "full view", but has been resized and cropped just a bit smaller than original for the web. The normal contrail seen in frames A through D has dissipated. The jet has issued something dense and heavy for a few hundred yards, and resumed the normal type contrail. |

Photo E., once more. this time it has been cropped from the original 1280x960 frame for a closer look. As can be seen, after emitting something thick and white, the normal twin-engine contrail resumed. Note that the normal contrail has already begun to dissipate in the area immediately following the odd emission. |
![]() |
H. 7:54:14 AM, it is now some nine minutes after the odd emission from the tail of the jet, which has since departed the area leaving no more oddities. The yellow arrow shows the persistence of that other chemtrail, and the blue box outlines the area in the animated GIF which is next. |

The Animation, a lovely time lapse example of what CHEMTRAILS do as opposed to normal jet contrails. This is composed of the zoomed portions of photos F, G, I, J, K, M, and N. The GIF covers the time period from 7:49:16 to 8:07:38 AM, 13 November 2005. (18 minutes 22 seconds) See the clock times for these in Marks' quotation at the beginning of this article. Frame L was omitted as redundant. |
The animation brings it all together. The strange cloud of something persisted, and spread out, just as chemtrails are known to do in countless cases. What Mark has documented here is a most amazing case of a NORMAL contrail literally side by side with a spurt of chemtrail activity. I believe it proves that chemtrails are something wholly other than jet exhaust. Two other cases very similar to this one: We wish to thank Mark Smith once again for his excellent work in bringing us these photos. Later that same day, 13 November 2005, there was a frightening incident related to the sparying activities. This event included "fallout" in the form of a white fibrous material. That strory HERE. *** For a longer essay on this Chemtrail phenomenon, and more contrail vs. chemtrail comparison photos, please click HERE. (Large Graphic File - Long Download For Dial-Up Users) When someone wants to argue with you that chem-trails are mere contrails, ask them "Where does all that MASS comes from then?" That's the key point in dismissing the contrail/ice crystal argument. MASS. Imagine an old car that is burning oil due to bad piston rings. The blue cloud belching from its tailpipe IS nasty, but there isn't that much of it, and the cloud will dissipate rapidly. Can this car, by driving down one road through a small town, create a heavy blanket of smoke over the ENTIRE town? Of course not; there isn't enough MASS in that old car's exhaust. The same principle applies to chem-trails. Jet exhaust, known as a contrail, doesn't contain enough MASS to account for the phenomenon we call chemtrails. At the end of the day, it's up to YOU to draw your own conclusions.
